Sound bowls create an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation.

The fundamentals and harmonics of the sound bowls may release blocked energies and calm the psyche. They help you let go of problems and initiate and reinforce healing processes.
The basic principle of sound
treatments is to reinforce the healthy areas in
people.
During a sound massage, the sound bowls are positioned over the dressed
body or above the body and played.
Sound massages are good for everyone, very good also for children!
- e.g. for people who are not able to relax;
- overly cerebral people;
- people under stress;
- also hyperactive persons;
- young people, old people, healthy people, less healthy people…

Sound massages can be enjoyed in any quiet place.
